Form status
From 18 October 2026 new form submissions and newsletter subscriptions are paused pending technical and privacy checks. The following information also covers data already received. Existing contribution management and withdrawal remain available.
Enquiries
Name, email, city, enquiry type and message are used to reply and assess requested services or collaborations. Bases: requested pre-contractual steps (GDPR art. 6.1.b), and legitimate interests for ordinary correspondence and security (art. 6.1.f). Required fields are needed to handle your request. Forms never subscribe you to marketing.
Community contributions
We collect a public name or pseudonym, private email, city, topic, text and optional links and credits. Submission and publication rely on your withdrawable permission (art. 6.1.a). Editors review submissions; email and private management links are never published. Social reuse needs separate permission. Do not submit sensitive data, confidential documents or unauthorised third-party information. Submissions are for adults.
Retention
Enquiries: 180 days. Contributions and contacts: 365 days from submission, then hidden and deleted on the next service activity. Withdraw earlier using your private link. Browser choices last 180 days. Later correspondence or contractual records have separate retention explained in that context.
Providers and security
The website uses ChatGPT Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure, with D1 storage for forms and contributions. Only the editorial desk uses ChatGPT sign-in. Readers need no account. Providers may process technical logs for delivery, security and abuse prevention. Forms send no automatic emails. Data is not sold. Hash fingerprints and frequency limits help prevent spam.
Recipients and international transfers
Authorised editors and necessary technical providers access requests; only approved contributions become public. Providers may operate outside the EEA. Processing locations, log retention, contractual roles and applicable transfer safeguards remain subject to confirmation against provider documentation. We do not claim all data stays in the EU. Social and service links lead to providers with their own notices.
Your rights
Request access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection and portability where applicable, or withdraw consent without affecting prior lawful processing. Contact the privacy address; the usual response period is one month, subject to GDPR extensions. You can complain to NAIH, the Italian Garante or another competent authority. No decisions with legal effects are made solely by automated processing.
